Working closely with their clients Riach Architects have carefully shoe-horned a new development to provide a retail unit on the ground floor and office units upstairs, together with five apartments. This former butchers shop was acquired by our clients, Scott Fraser, and on what was a very small site, the building has won several awards - notably the Downland Prize Commercial section and the Oxford Preservation Trust Award.
