Iffley Road

Conversion of two houses in multi-occupation to a viable development of self-contained flats. The scheme, whilst not supported by the Planning Authority, was supported by local residents and through working with them we were able to overturn the Planning Officers' recommendation and obtain approval from the council members. This development has been very successful and much admired due to the high-quality architectural solution we delivered, together with the benefits and upgrading that this property has had on the immediate area. Developments such as this act as a catalyst which assist in regenerating areas which are becoming run down, such as Iffley Road was at the time. Awards won
