The Wharf House

The Wharf House is a historic pub in central Oxford. Riach Architects' brief was to retain the essential character of the building whilst making efficient and viable use of what was a dying facility. The development successfully provides four small duplex apartments. It retains the existing frontage whilst creating a new contemporary solution at the rear.
