Embassy CES Language School, Wheatsheaf Yard

A very difficult insertion of buildings into the very heart of Oxford City Centre. Through the use of copper and careful manipulation of building volumes Riach Architects created a scheme for eleven student bedrooms (together with common rooms and other facilities) for a language school. The building is so well integrated into its context that few know of its existence, even though it has doubled the available space for the school.
