Gloucester Recycling Depot

A £4.5million new waste-recycling centre for Gloucester City Council. Riach Architects were awarded the project through our ability to interpret the clients brief and understand the issues thus enabling the client to formulate and plan the project. Working with the client we went through a complex briefing process where we carefully analysed the requirements of Gloucester City Council and their waste recycling partner. Having established exactly what all parties wanted from the project we then prepared a design which incorporated these requirements together with a set of employers requirements and obtained tenders for the work. Riach Architects were then novated as Lead Consultant to work with the successful contractors on implementing the scheme.
