Marston Ferry Road

The current development replaced what was a single family-dwelling. The main characteristics of the site were the landscaped gardens and particularly a cut-leaved Copper Beech tree.Working closely with the client Riach Architects overcame the difficulties of developing the site and created a building on four storeys, plus a basement, which retained the tree as the focal point to the rear of the site. The scheme includes an underground car park with 19 parking spaces.
