The development is set between Juxon Street and the churchyard of St Sepulchre's Church. Riach Architects carefully developed the site, working with the client to create a contemporary eco-home development. This reflected their wish to create good-quality architecture whilst showing responsibility to the aims of energy conservation. The result is a very successful and highly lettable new building.
